When the City of Tulsa widened Yale Ave. from two to six lanes, road noise increased for nearby neighbors. A new sound barrier wall was needed to absorb and reflect the noise. GFS was selected to install the formwork for the wall due to our proximity to the job site, value-added engineering, and available inventory since a massive amount of equipment was needed.
We utilized our lightweight clamp form system SimPly for the walls under 12 ft. tall and our heavy-duty clamp form system QuickForm for anything roughly taller than 12 ft.
