Symons Flex-Form™
Symons Flex-Form radius system is a pre-assembled, all-steel system for radius walls. Factory-rolled steel ribs set the radius and bolt to the top and bottom of flexible panels to shape and securely hold the form in the required radius. Steel skin plate flexes to form the desired arc and prevents any form joint marks and gives you an excellent concrete finish.

Symons Flex-Form radius system is a pre-assembled, all-steel system for radius walls.The all-steel Flex-Form system gives you all the strength and versatility you expect from Symons. Flex-Form has integral 4" deep vertical stiffeners with 3 ∕16" steel skin plate to provide up to a 1,200 psf system that adapts to any radius 5' and over. Factory-rolled steel ribs set the radius
and bolt to the top and bottom of flexible panels to shape and securely hold the form
in the required radius. Panels conform accurately to the radius of the ribs — this design assures the correct radius every time.

Articulated Radius Waler
GFS Articulated Radius Aluminum Gang Forms are optimized for circular concrete structures and other concrete walls that must be constructed on a radius provide the most cost-effective, labor-saving method available. Our Articulated Radius Waler forms can be field assembled.

Our GFS Articulated Radius Waler form system is a lightweight system that utilizes thick Ply-Form as the form face material. The low weight of this radius form system makes handling quite easy by use of a small crane. Radius Aluminum Gang Forms can be field assembled in 8'-0" +/- (2.50 M +/-) wide sections minimum up to a width of your option in repeat sections of similar widths by use of standard assembly hardware accessories. Radius Aluminum Gang Forms with Articulated Adjustable Walers can be used for concrete walls from 20'-0" (6.10 M) to 180'-0" (54.90 M) Inside Radius without having to re-pack or re-assemble. The centering of the Articulated Adjustable Walers will determine the allowable form pressure that this system will withstand. 1500 PSF (7323 Kg/M²) is commonly used.
